Meet Our Team

Lloyd McDonald

COMPANY DIRECTOR 

Lloyd has over 15 year’s experience in the commercial property industry. His success has been built on his strong attitude towards building and maintaining customer focused partnerships with existing and new tenants to maximise business outcomes for both the tenants and the company. Lloyd is also responsible for the ongoing management and maintenance for both the Heritage and Blackwater shopping centres.

Keith McDonald

BUSINESS MANAGER

Keith joined the McDonald Administration team in 2016 and alongside his father Lloyd, works to cover all aspects of retail centre management including, tenant liaison, leasing and negotiations, operations and marketing. Keith is responsible for the efficiency of day to day operation for both shopping centres and maintaining a solid working relationships with, staff, tenants, and contractors.

Roxanne Hines

ACCOUNTS

With over 20 years experience as an accountant, Roxanne has been a great asset to the McDonald Admin team. As well as covering accounts, she is responsible for taking applications and processing them, daily banking and invoicing, updating rental/tenant information. Roxanne assists both Lloyd and Keith with managing and maintaining the Weipa and Blackwater shopping centres. She provides a high standard of secretarial, accounting and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
